Watch: The DuSable Museum To Receive Donated Grammy From @chancetherapper

By @Lenoir on 06/30/2017 in

Hats off to Lil Chano, he just keeps doing all the right things for the culture. As announced recently, Chance is currently on tour and decided to do a good deed by hiring interpreters for the remainder of his tour to interpret for his hard of hearing fans. Now Chance has decided he will be donating his Grammy for Best Rap Album to the DuSable Museum of African American History.

After being named as a member in the museum's Board of Trustees alongside his father back in January, Chance announced the decision at the Night Of 100 Stars gala hosted at the museum. The Grammy is the first to be awarded to an independent black artist, a very important history piece that fans will have the chance to see on display. It's that black magic!
