Another day, another drop, and this time around Ex Global has a fresh release. The Wrecking Crew affiliate just put out an EP titled I Get Better With Time, and he's not stopping there! The rapper announced that a deluxe version is on the way too. The 10 track project places Ex at the forefront with only two guest features from Flame and Ecco on three separate tracks.
Upon announcing that his project is available on iTunes, he tweeted “I went Through Hell To Get My Ep Out , On The Day I Get My Link , I Got 4 Stars.” This statement, coupled with a very candid intro track, “Hope You Notice Me,” gives listeners a far more personal view of Ex Global as both a person and musician.
When one imagines some artists, there’s a level of volume assumed whenever their music plays. For instance, Meek Mill is often believed to be “loud,” and that trickles into his production style, which suits his lyrical style as well. In Ex Global’s case, I Get Better With Time, sounds smooth, both flow and production wise. The project comes as a long time in the making, from Ex’s Running With The Reps days; and it is most certainly an enjoyable listen.
