Here we go again. Kanye is back with yet another rant where he declared that he will boycott the Grammys if Frank Ocean's album is not nominated. So here is the story if you're lost. Frank Ocean did not submit his album in time for the Grammys and as a result has not been nominated. Back to Kanye. Kanye stopped his performance of Wolves at his show in Oakland over the weekend to address this situation.
