As he prepares to drop his much anticipated album titled Wins And Losses, Meek Milly decided to release the first installment of his short film for the project. This cinematic piece is named after the album and features a cameo from Wale who plays a doctor in the short film.
The emotional, Spike Jordan-directed film features a young man hysterically running into a hospital to see someone. We also see a young woman in distress while giving birth at a hospital and a man who appears to be the father standing close-by while blood comes out from the back of his head. Meek Mill then comes in for his verse while everything unfolds.
The young man in the video is played by the same one who was the main subject on Meek's YBA with The Dream.
