This project may just be regarded as a hit factory as it contains nothing but bangers! The Igbo rapper, Phyno from Nigeria, has dropped The Playmaker his latest instalment. The award winning producer and rapper's rhyme dexterity is well displayed and delivered with aggression on Obiagu and Abulo. There are also mellow to the soul jams to look out for like Joy Comes In The Morning as well as E Sure For Me. Guest appearances include artists such as Africa's number one, M.I Abaga, the dynamic duo Psquare, the legendary 2baba (formerly known as 2face), the head honcho of YBNL, Olamide and Burna Boy. Master Kraft, Del B and Major Bangz contribute on the production front of the album.
In terms of the sound, the 20 track offering kept to the Igbo Traditional Music element, which originates from the Southeastern region of Nigeria added with a touch of hip hop.
