We sat down with Kid X to catch up with him since he's been off the radar for a minute now. We talk to him about what he's been up to and he tells us about working on his upcoming album. He opens up about needing to refocus himself, and finding the sound he wants to represent. A bit of soul searching if I may add.
X speaks on leaving Cashtime Life and joining Rap Lyf Records shortly after, breaking down the differing working relationships in both establishments. Needless to say, I have a good feeling about this album he's cooking up. He seems to be in a better, and truer, place and we can't wait to hear what that sounds like.
