We sat down with him on the Red Couch to talk about his departure with Cap City Records his label for the past 7 years and he explains what informed the decision. It all comes down to growth and renewing one's energy. No bad blood over here.
We shift into the idea of a new album that he's working on. He also dabbles on the concept of a "black consciousness" album and he clarifies the intensity of such an album for us.
