We caught up with Lyricist Of The Year nominee, Solo, at the South African Hip Hop Awards announcement over a week ago and he spoke to us about his nod. His team BETR Gang, which is a duo of Buks and himself in the frontline accompanied by the whole squad of creatives that make BETR Gang what we see, is up for Album Of The Year with We Need A Title.
In case you ever wondered what his trilogy of albums is about, he revises it by saying that it's a progression and that "everything is changing but the dream is still the same".
