We're hanging out at the Single Quarters in Katatura, Namibia with Paradox (Cassidy and Toufi) who take us along to have some "Kapana" with them. Now, as you will see, we're no different from Namibians in our love for meat. They just have a way of doing it in their style.
This experience was so fascinating, learning about how they make their food at this Kapana market. We also got Mahangu pap to go with our Kapana which tasted like a finer texture of Mabele in its mild sourness. That Kapana spice is on okay? I just remembered now that I left my sachets back in Namibia! DEMMET!
