We sat down with Patty Monroe coming off the drop of her debut album Malatjie last month and we wanted her to take us through the concept, right down to the cover which was shot by internationally renowned photographer Sacha Waldman.
We talk to her about the flavors on the album which sound very colourful and gravitate more towards the urban pop influences. She explains how she explored more with singing on Malatjie, as well as which sides of her come out in which songs on the album. Patty is quite the flower and you will see how her bright personality shines through in this chat.
