We caught up with Gigi Lamayne at the South African Hip Hop Awards to talk about being nominated for Hustler of the Year and Best Mixtape as she's won the Best Female pyramid numerous times before. She spoke to us about leveling the playing field and competing in the industry in general and not amongst her sisters in the game. I like that attitude.
When asked about her plans for 2017 she mentioned going into television. Whoooo! It's gonna be an interesting year next year mos! Shout out to her for the hustling spirit.
