On The Ground: @akaworldwide On Being At The Pinacle Of Our Generation Of Musicians

By @Spokenpriestess on 12/09/2016 in

Beams alert! Man, this conversation is quite insightful. From the OG dropping some food for thought to Supa Mega sharing about his self realisation, it just goes to show that everything gets better with time, and perhaps age (most times).

Anyway, in part 2 of our sit down with AKA he takes us through putting out what a lot of people made to be fires with Cassper, Anatii and Black Coffee as well. He also helps us understand why it seems that controversy is his middle name when that's owed to part of his persona. The most beautiful part of this conversation however is when we come to discover the context of his achievements. He, along with only a few other musicians right now, are the pioneers of some of the biggest standards of achievement where SA Hip Hop is concerned and generations from now, moments that we've witnessed in 2016 and the years precluding this, will be the blueprint of even bigger advancements. Who else feels like they are part of a generation of total game changers?

Tap into this visionary convo and you'll understand what I'm babbling on about:
