We caught up with Gemini Major and Aewon Wolf at the Maftown Heights to talk about their relationship and how they came up together and how Gemini was put on by Aewon way before we got much more acquainted to him. This is the stuff dreams are made of man. Coming up with your homie and seeing each other both growing as individuals. I must commend Aewon's giving and collaborative spirit. His will to always pull people onto his sets, into his lime light and come up is pretty dope.
We get to talk about Gemini's Producer of the Year nod at the South African Hip Hop Awards, as well as their stance on trap seeing as they've been trapping way before the sound was so definitive right now.
