We bring you the first edition of our Office Chats this year where we discuss anything as an office here at SOL, and this time we invited Ms Cosmo to share in her opinion as we speak about what may be the causes of artists leaving their record labels and how such situations are handled.
We get a sense of the need for clear communication of expectations from the label to artist and vise versa in order for clarity to rule agreements. We also get a view of what a fallout may look like from a fan's perspective.
