The First female in the history of SA Hip Hop to debut a visual promo/ad on the biggest music channel in the country (@channelotv) Hip Hop is truly alive and slowly the voice of the passive female turns into an active and equally valued one. Women are rising and so is the genre. Thank you for the calls and texts and tweets. It wouldn't have been possible without @khulichana01 the king and @keupzz the queen ???????? who worked their fingers to the bone to put a little girl from The South of Joburg out there for the world to see. I truly believe 2016 is what people have dubbed it to be: #2016TheYearOfLaMayne but honestly I'd like a decade or two ???????????? internationally because it is possible. I'm humbled. Thank you.
