Yes! Yes! Yes!
I get so excited by such visuals. Yet another glorious display of the hood life. Now, I'm a village kid, but there is jubilation in my heart at the sight of music videos that carry a relatable story to many a South African child. Naturally, not everyone grew up in the hood, however, for a change many of our artists are sending out that message of ghetto fabulousity, reminding us all that you can come from the hood and move mountains too. I love it.
Gaoza blesses us with the music video for Umthandazo Wabo Lova sharing the stories of hustlers in his environment and basically saying, "this is who we are and we live on a thug's prayer". CLEAN. QUALITY. Banging joint. What else?
