If you remember correctly last year he dropped a heavy mixtape titled Nas & Em in which he was paying ode to his two heroes by jumping onto their classic beats and KILLING EM. Now it's 2017 and he intends to drop a song every single Monday of the year. Yup! 52 Songs from dude all year long. He brings us Blessings In Disguise produced by League of Starz which carries a crazy soprano sample and a fleeting piano. R-Mean takes the joint as a moment of courage to celebrate a journey yet to unfold as the only way from rock bottom is up. I love this spirit. Think I'll be taking this song with me all year.
