R-Mean is talking to Biggie and saying he would give anything to hear his opinion on hip hop today. He's also not holding back on his disapproval of rappers that don't know who B.I.G is. You just gotta love R's tributes to his heroes man, homie always comes correct as though he knows to show up or step down from these classics.
