While the fans are screaming for an album from the Sean Don, he keeps us lit, and quite literally so on this one featuring 2 Chainz. A few weeks ago, it is said that Sean invited 2 Chainz and Future to come listen to his album, perhaps for control or supervision and it seems 2 Chainz was hit by FOMO on this joint. This track is part of a mixtape titled What Now? The Mixtape, some typa soundtrack body to accompany Kevin Hart's stand up film that's out in theatres today. Here's the twist, after Kevin Hart got a deal with Motown Records, as rap alter ego Chocolate Droppa, he's gonna be dropping bars on that tape. Light It Up, however, is exempt from his killer comedic rhymes. Hahah. I'm curious.
