Swaying away from their My Turn 3 mixtape which they just dropped, the duo surprises me with this bare joint penned in reflection. Letter 2U opens with a picture of hurt in a relationship and continues into family nostalgia as the track flows on. This is such a beautiful song. Very soft in the production by Larry Belafonte with the fellas delivering pensive flows over the bare beat. I love it when hearts are worn in lyrics and this is a perfect example of such instances. A subtle reminder to be mindful of the things we do to others, but also a picture of how imperfect love (in all forms) can be sometimes.
