Powerful! This song is so double-edged. Firstly how deep is the art work? The imagery creates some sort of death feel, but if you listen to the song you'll get the mood of reflection by Ace Hood and also his shout outs to the late Shawty Lo and some line about the issue of gun violence in his environment right now. On the other hand, hip hop is a lifetime commitment, perhaps the cover is a fusion of his tribute to to all the people he lost, a prayer for the black community but also a reflection of his intent to be in it till his face is covered. Am I overthinking this? Nah. Just listen...
Ps. Raps on smash on this joint!
