EXCLUSIVE LISTENING SESSION: @TweezyZA - 'Mali Yephepha' #Fuego

By @Spokenpriestess on 09/23/2016 in

We continue with sampling cuts from Tweezy's upcoming Fuego tape set to drop on 24th October 2016. This one is produced by B1 and it almost samples the hook of Bongo Maffin's popular 1999 hit Mari Ye Phepha. I know it almost sounds like Tweezy is justifying crime during the interview, but he is merely trying to convey the fact that perhaps some people do not have the same opportunities as some of us and the way money runs the world, you ain't much if you don't have some. Tweezy let's us know whether he has a criminal record or not too. This song is about the hustle. We condone the progressive ones, though. The point is, every man has a story to tell, no matter who we are and where we come from.

Have a listen!
