We like it for people that make promises and live them through. Particularly people in the industry who put forward their word to plug the kids. After the finale of Vuzu Hustle season 2, we saw Dj Switch connect with the contestants of the show through his Massive Metro Hip Hop show, The Switch Up, and even hinted that he wants to work with Dee Xclsv, Manu Worldstar and Luna Florentino. We finally get a track that features the prior and latter, as well as Maraza on it.
On The Way is a true hustler's anthem which finds the kids shining about how far they've come given recent events being on TV and getting a bit of attention as a result. That doesn't mean that they're not working hard which you hear in their raps. What I like though is how seasoned Dee and Luna sound next to someone like Maraza. It's not even a put on, it's a straight star show. Shout out to Dj Switch for always believing in and plugging the kids man. We can never get enough help on our way up.
