Been waiting for this video to drop since the footnotes went out just a few days ago but it's finally here. You guys remember one of the first tracks used as promo for Hov's 4:44? The track titled Adnis? Well, it didn't make it on the digital version of the album but we're told that it is one of the bonus tracks that are included in the album's physical copies along with Blue’s Freestyle/We Family and MaNyfaCedGod.
Jay-Z now gives us the video for Adnis which many people believe is the name of his father, also because he speaks about his dad in the track. The video features a young boxer, Mahershala Ali, training. He also looks frustrated and has visions of a man who may be his father, played by Danny Glover, appearing in the video helping him before walking away from him. All this happens as the track plays in the background. It appears to be a visual representation of Hov's frustration and anger towards his father.
