Introducing Spanish duo Cookin Soul, and they do a mashup of Nas' verse taken off his and Robin Thicke's politically charged Deep which dropped last year. Big Size and Zock add Nas' stellar opening verse from this joint to a nostalgic backdrop that almost brings Nasir's thoughts to life through the elegant piano and 90's influenced guitar. The distorted blues sample adds a sense of pain to the single verse on the track. It's magic really. These dudes have a collection of over 30 mixtapes dating as far back as 2005. Man, imagine some of the classics covered in these? Guess someone's got some catching up to do!
