What a fitting performance for this track, especially given the nature of its origin. The Hamilton Mixtape is finally out and I swear the producer of this soundtrack is visionary. Some of the musicians he's managed to pit together on these broadway musical songs is amazing. Here we see The Roots, Joell Ortiz and Busta Rhymes perform My Shot live on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. From the opening, to the pulpit and Busta Rhyme's hyped entrance, this is quite the performance to enjoy watching. They nailed it!
