News from the States is that Apple is in talks to purchase Tidal from Jay Z. This is a very interesting and strategic move from Apple. I guess they can't ignore the growth of Tidal over the past few months. Tidal has 4.2 million users but the sweet spot for Tidal is the artists they have backing the brand, think Beyonce, Alicia Keys to name a few.
The real move from Apple though is to bury Spotify and if they get this deal Jay will be super super rich.
