One of Soweto's institutional events Slaghuis makes a comeback. In the early 2000's Slaghuis was one of the places that nurtured some of Soweto's hip hop talent. Acts like Zulu Mobb, Pro Kid, Pitch Black Afro and 985 were a few groups that got their start at Slaghuis. Its back again and the first event is happening on the 29th May 2016 in Diepkloof make sure you make a turn.
