I remember telling my homies Drake is an artist that can shape culture. My homies gave me a weird stare and said "Homie are you draking and listen to Drake cause he makes emo music?. This statement was said three years ago and now its only fitting that this Drake article with The Fader goes into the mind of Aubrey and is a major look at the "Emo" so called rapper that Drake is.
To my homies. The jokes on you cause you prolly listening to the same Drake that y'all mad fun of a few years back.

This has to be the most spoken about beef in 2015. You prolly want to hear what Drake thought about it right?

They’re just spreading, like, propaganda. Where are you? You need to come here.’ So we all circled up at the studio, and sat there as Flex went on the air, and these guys flip-flopped [about how] they were gonna do this, that, and the third.”
When a reply to “Charged Up” didn’t come, Drake could hardly believe it. “This is a discussion about music, and no one’s putting forth any music?” he says, speaking with a furrowed brow, as if reliving his incredulity. “You guys are gonna leave this for me to do? This is how you want to play it? You guys didn’t think this through at all—nobody? You guys have high-ranking members watching over you. Nobody told you that this was a bad idea, to engage in this and not have something? You’re gonna engage in a conversation about writing music, and delivering music, with me? And not have anything to put forth on the table?”
One day I hope i go on tour with an artist. I hope to see what goes on in the back end when the lights are off. For Drake tho the tour life is hard as he has to track down 40 overtime they want to make music. Kinda weird neh?

“We’ve grown a lot over the years,” Drake says. “He used to be the guy that would track me in hotel rooms at 4 a.m. And now he is not that guy—I have another guy that does that.” He needed 40 for Views, though, he says. “If I want to make the album I want to make, I have to go find him. I have to go sit with him, and we have to really put in effort.”
When we heard that WizKid and Drake have a joint out everyone was mad excited. I mean why would you not be excited. This is Drake and here is with Skepta making a track with one of Africa's top hip Hop artists.
However in the interview Drake establishes that he did this cause he felt like doing it.

Whenever Drake spits the whole planet listens. Yeah kinda weird huh? Like how does one artist say things that become memes and trend on social media. That 30 for 30 freestyle is testament to the power that is Drake and the verses that he has.

That is my main joy in life.”
Damn, when i read this i sort of understood this approach that Aubrey has to making music. I mean when you in a coop you sort of have many things you think about. I think for Drake here it makes sense that he is able to be your passenger with the music.
Here is what Drake had to say about driving....
“I’ve been deprived of driving for a long time,” he says. “Riding to the studio with a driver and security and stuff, you lose something.” It used to be that driving to the recording studio was when he would come up with ideas, Drake explains. Cutting it out of his life felt like leaving inspiration on the table.
“That ride was my favorite thing in the world, you know?” he says. “And before that ride, it wasn’t going to the studio, it was going to my girl’s house, or going wherever. Driving was just one of the most pivotal things in my writing life.” Driving was how Drake put himself in the mindset of the people he imagined listening to him. When he was trying to figure out if a song was working, he would picture someone playing it in their car. “Especially on this new record, I just want you to be able to…” he trails off. “Sometimes those drives are heavy, man, depending on what happened where you came from and what’s about to happen where you’re going.”
